Here's your side of the build. Get the new site standing before the August 1 HubSpot bill hits. Knock these out in any order, but the top three unblock the most. I'll handle everything else. This is the raw material I need from you.

    Decide where the videos live

    Vimeo, YouTube, or Populate. It has to be Vimeo if you want to gate access per person and per time window. YouTube can't do that. You already have a Vimeo account. This is the one that gates the whole migration off HubSpot, so it's first.

    Talk me through your edits

    Don't write them out. Open the site, hit record on a voice memo, and walk every page. Tell me what to change as you go. I'll transcribe it. Fastest path by a mile.

    Send 40 to 50 photos

    A handful of short clips too. Touched up where they need it, the fresh Brazil footage especially. This is what makes the site feel like you.

    Send every board headshot

    Including the two new couples. Current photos are fine; we'll swap in the September ones later.

    Fill out the values questionnaire

    About three hours — spread it over the week. Worth doing with your VP so the two of you land on the same answers before I build to them.

    Send the brand kit

    Logos, brand guide, fonts, colors, the full set. Some of it's already over; just confirm I have everything.

    Get me the counts

    How many curriculum videos and roughly how much data sit on HubSpot, and how many forms you actually need. That's what sizes the migration. Check your HubSpot access level while you're in there.

    Drop me the logins

    Tithely, the calendar tool (the "Up To" one), and JotForm once it's set up.

    Pull the rest together with Heather

    She knows the HubSpot side and likes JotForm. Grab the loose ends from her in one sitting.

    The site needs to be working by August so there's no second HubSpot bill. You're with most of the board July 14 to 18, and I'll have enough standing by then to show them it's real.

  • A proper Events page: invite the team out, plus the calendar
  • Fully off HubSpot, so no second bill

Phase Two

The site that keeps the ministry moving

The pieces that make it feel alive once launch is behind us.

  • A real events calendar on the site, no more linking out
  • Recent-events recaps: photos and short video, paced like a story
  • The team grid: click a face and the bio opens
  • Animated giving stats on the Partners page: healings, deliverances, and inner healings by year, counting up. The books are open.
